Groovy MovesGroovy Moves

Groovy Moves is a once a week program that is 30 minutes long. We incorporate elements of hip-hop, jazz, yoga and creative movement to help students build confidence, strength and flexibility in a positive environment. We practice and experiment moving our bodies in different ways - grooving and moving to fun high-energy dance beats. In each class we teach fitness & healthy habits so our students can grow to be healthy well-rounded athletes.
